Set a duration, choose an alarm sound, and start the countdown.
Each timer can run from 1 second up to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds.
The timer keeps counting down while this tab stays open and your device stays awake. It uses the target time rather than adding interval ticks, so background throttling does not slow the countdown. Your browser must allow audio for the alarm to sound.
The countdown cannot play a sound while the tab is closed. When browser storage is available, the timer is saved on this device and resumes from its end time when you reopen the page. If it ended more than 5 minutes ago, it is marked finished without playing a late alarm.
You can keep up to 12 timers on the page. They run independently, so switching between them does not stop the others. Start each one manually, or expand “How to start timers · Common timer lengths” below to start all together or in sequence. Use the arrows to change their order.
Expand “How to start timers · Common timer lengths” below, choose Edit, enter ten different whole-minute durations from 1 to 1440, and choose Save presets. They are stored in this browser on this device and remain after you close the tab.
